Description

City of Lights was written for Granger Middle School in Aurora, Illinois. Aurora was one of the first cities to implement an all-electric street light system in 1881 and they adopted the nickname “City of Lights”. Composer Brad Ciechomski writes an exciting work for intermediate band that sizzles and sparks with the help of recorded electrical sounds.
